Open this week Permanent Style pop-up at Fortnum and Mason
Last Thursday evening saw the launch of the third ‘Permanent Style presents’ pop-up, in the Men’s department at Fortnum and Mason in Piccadilly.
Organised by Simon Crompton of permanentstyle.com with previous editions held on Savile Row, the latest incarnation of The Permanent Style pop-up inhabits a large space on the third floor of Fortnums and is open until Sunday the 29th of July.
The pop-up sees Kirk Originals make their debut not only under the Permanent Style banner, but also in Fortnum and Mason which has become one of the best destinations for Men’s shopping in London, particularly men’s accessories.
The Permanent Style pop-up features Kirk Originals Made in England collection of handmade sunglasses, ready for you to try on and buy. There will also be a few exclusive made to order and custom monogram options available, for the duration of the pop-up.
In addition to Kirk Originals you can also find an exclusive ready to wear collection from legendary London tailor Edward Sexton, cloth from Fox Brothers of Somerset in their The Merchant Fox guise, ties from Florence based Shibumi, leather goods from Simpson’s of London, knitwear and shirts from Luca Faloni, cloth lengths by Vitale Barberis Canonico/Drapers and an exclusive men’s accessories edit by J.Girdwood.
Simon Crompton also has a selection of pieces from his ever growing Permanent Style collaborations available for purchase; including Everyday denim shirt lengthsand Friday polos.
The opening few days saw a trunk show from Sartorial Melina who specialise in Bespoke casual jackets in cottons and suedes.
The Permanent Style pop-up provides a rare opportunity to see and try brands that you can't otherwise see in London.
Kirk Originals are pleased to take part in this latest edition of The Permanent Style pop-up following on the footsteps of previous participants like The Armoury, Drakes, Begg and Co, Baudoin and Lange, The Workers Club, Stefano Bremer, Lavabre Cadet, Luca Avitabile, Luigi Solito, Sartorial Formosa and Codis Maya.
The pop-up runs until Sunday 5th of August and can be found on the third floor, in the menswear department, overlooking Piccadilly, next to the bar. We hope to see you there.
